For our comeback edition, some of Belgium’s greatest artists will take the stage with our MarktrockTribute Band, led by Jeroen Swinnen. Each of them will pay tribute in their own way to their connection with Marktrock and Jokke Kerkhofs. For Joost Zweegers, it’s a return to a place that holds a special place in his musical heart. In 2000, he captivated the crowd on the Oude Markt with Novastar, performing haunting songs like Wrong, Lost & Blown Away, and The Best Is Yet to Come. It became an iconic show — fragile, intense, and unforgettable for all who were there.
